- Removes Dry Chemical Before Testing.  Air pressure stirs the dry chemical in cylinder and a shop-vac vacuums dry chemical through bottom port.

- Removes Remaining Water after Hydro-Testing by air pressure through the ball valve.  Water runs out port at base.
